Shiso microgreens are a micro herb with notes of mint, basil and hints of anise and cinnamon. Used in Japanese cuisine, it has also been used as an herbal remedy in Japan for hundreds of years. It's anti-inflammatory properties can be used to treat eczema, arthritis and asthma.
