Our Wheatgrass is grown from organic hard red spring wheat in organic soil with daily watering, light and care.  This produces thick blades of grass for maximum sweetness and volume.  
Each tray yields approximately 12 oz of cut wheatgrass approximately 6 oz fresh juice.
 
Nutrients include: Concentrated amounts of iron, calcium, magnesium, amino acids, chlorophyll, and vitamins A, C and E.
